Feeling Grateful

What am I Grateful For?

I am grateful for a few small and very significant things, I think having a chronic medical condition you need to be grateful and count your blessings every day.

So here is my list of things that I am very grateful right now
  1. Family, I would not be who I am today without my family. My family keep me grounded, they get me through my good days and my bad days and I could not picture life without them.
  2. Insulin Pump,I realise this is obvious and predictable but I am grateful for my insulin pump. Without my insulin pump I would be on five injections a day but being on my pump I do one injection every two days and that is the best thing to me.
  3. My Health, I try my absolute best to look after myself and after eleven years of having Type One Diabetes I think I am doing pretty well for myself. I try to go for a walk everyday, eat healthy and take one day at a time.
  4. My iPhone, I would be lost without my mobile phone and it is absolutely crucial that any person with a medical condition has a mobile phone. I like to make sure my mobile phone has plenty of battery power so if something goes wrong with me I know that I can make a call or send a text message.
Those are my four small and very significant things that I am very grateful for and they are apart of everyday life.

Tell me what are you grateful for? Leave a comment for me or head over to the Facebook Page Type One Diabetes & Life, I hope everyone has had a good week.

Until next time

Jenna
